Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst
Heartland Credit Union has an opening for a Portfolio Manager/Credit Analyst. This person will be responsible for management of Agricultural and Business portfolios to assure compliance with credit union policy. Overseeing of documentation, monitoring and review of member files and loan performance is required.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2-years experience as an Agricultural or Business Loan Officer or Credit Analyst. Excellent communication skills are required. A college degree in Business or related field is preferred. Office location is negotiable.

Customer Service Representative

This full-time position entails providing customer service to new and existing customers of our independent insurance agency. Commercial Service Representative (CSRs) are generally expected to provide support to the Neckerman sales team and assist them with the management and retention of their business insurance client’s accounts. This may include accompanying producers on customer appointments at the office or away from the office and taking part in conference calls, as well as corresponding with customers, insurance carriers and other agency support staff on a variety of miscellaneous issues. The majority of time will be spent in-office communicating with customers and insurance carrier representatives. At Neckerman Insurance, we have a team of CSRs. Each CSR is assigned a certain set of customers and will be responsible for handling those accounts on their own with little supervision from department head(s) or sales team.

Assistant Account Manager

This full-time entry-level position entails providing support to our current personal and commercial lines service representatives with the purpose of delivering superior service and insurance needs to our clients.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Account Manager position assists both our Commercial Lines (50%) and Personal Lines (50%) departments. Works to ensure client retention goals are met by responding promptly to requests from the Sales Executives and Account Managers.

Participate in basic client services such as issuing certificates of insurance, evidence of property cover age and auto ID cards

Assist account managers and sales team with policy administration, renewal preparation and preparing proposals.

Process various documents such as policies, audits, cancellations and reinstatements.

Assist in invoicing documents including installment plans and multi-client invoicing.

Maintain client information in the agency management system and update reports.

Perform other tasks or projects as needed/assigned by agency management.

Qualifications

Wisconsin Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and self-manage work load.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
