Progressive Community Services, Inc. is incorporated under the non-profit corporation laws of the State of Wisconsin. PCS currently operates its office at 607 Green Meadow Drive in Verona, Wisconsin with each staff person working out of his/her home office. PCS's service area is Dane County, Wisconsin. PCS primarily provides service coordination to individuals with disabilities who receive long-term community support services and live in our community. PCS staff are advocates for the people who are supported and services are considered long-term. PCS staff are hired by the individual and/or the guardian and work at his/her direction. Staff assess the needs of the individual over time while developing a person-centered plan that reflects the person's goals. PCS staff monitor the quality of supports while procuring resources that meet each person's needs. |
